Yard Waste…..Place branches at street. Place smaller plant material in tubs or bin and place at street or place in Eastern most Rolloff at the office . For Large amounts of plant debris, call the office to bring you a golf cart trailer. Anything other than plant debris will not be handled by ORA employees. It is the responsibility of lot owners to return and unload the cart by 3pm if it is used for anything other than plant debris

Appliances, Tv’s, Bicycles, Grills, Lawn chairs, Metal, etc…. set aside to the North of the Rolloff container at the Office. ORA employees will not remove these items from your lot

Pools and hot tub close at 10 p.m. and are Recorded 24/7. Violations are considered Trespassing under FL law and you may be Prosecuted.
